After the successful run of our inaugural event held last year, we are excited to announce the return of the Indie Shorts Mag Short Film Festival (ISMSFF) 2022. (Pssst, this time, even grander!) The second edition of ISMSFF will be held on the 13th of July, 2022, and is expected to screen some notable short films from across the world.
ISMSFF 2021 which was powered by Filmstro, saw submissions from practically everywhere. In fact, with an overwhelming response of 476 submissions, the ISMSFF team had the herculean task to handpick nearly 200 of these films. The nomination and winner announcement posts were shared more than 50 thousand times, giving the films and its filmmakers the extra visibility they truly deserved. And, the winners of ISMSFF 2021 were awarded lifetime access to Filmstro (worth $6k each), a dynamic music creation platform for filmmakers and video creators. This year, however, we are expecting to receive a lot more films and attendees.
ISMSFF 2022 primarily seeks to promote emerging filmmakers while providing a credible platform for established filmmakers to share their distinguished career journey. Just like last year, ISMSFF 2022 will be flagging off the event with the screening session followed by the Winner’s announcement on July 13, 2022. More details regarding the event and its tickets’ availability will be made public soon.

I Wish i could somehow attend but living in Canada, and we have all this mess at the moment, we’ve filmed in the past but everyone is doing his own thing now, but ill be waiting for the festival will it be available somewhere online? on a streaming service? or maybe on YouTube? would be amazing!
