Digital products(Certificates & Short Film/Documentary Submission):
We do not issue refunds for digital products. This includes but not limited to certificates we issue, short film/documentary submission fee, social media promotion fee, shout out fee and online premiere fee.
If your film is rejected you are entitled to get an honest analysis of your film from one of our reviewers. If you require an honest analysis please reply to the rejection email. This won’t be published on our website but will be shared personally with you.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues.
Physical Products(Certificates):
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
